Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
We don't yet have an in-app delete button, so account deletion is handled by email. To request deletion:
- Send an email to hello@cubesoft.uk from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- In the body, tell us which app the account is for (e.g. the app name as it appears in the Play Store) and, if you have one, the username or account ID shown in the app's settings.
What gets deleted
We will delete your account and the personal data we hold that is tied to it, including profile information and any content you've created in the app. This action is permanent and can't be undone.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where we are legally required to keep it (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting), or in anonymised form that can no longer be linked back to you.
How long it takes
We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying that the request came from the account holder.
